At Hairmax®, we stand behind our clinically proven technology and offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your journey to better hair is risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device within our designated trial period for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within your trial window.
- 2.Package Your Device
Securely place the device and all original accessories, manuals, and charging components back into the original Hairmax® product packaging.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the provided RMA number on the outside of your shipping box and use a trackable shipping method to send the package to our distribution center.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
